Our drying kilns facilities are suitable for the treatment of all kinds of wood species. They have all the structural, operational and sealing requirements to cope with different temperatures and environmental and climatic conditions. Our technicians intervene on site to set up the structure, make it operational and functional, and certify its acceptance. From the supporting structure to the welds, from the gates to the screws, every element is designed to improve the functionality of the plant and its durability. We chose aluminium and stainless steel because they are resistant to corrosion and wear, and because they can withstand temperature changes and a high production cycle. Each model is designed to withstand snow loads in the range of 160 kg/m² and, upon customer request, up to 300 kg/m², withstand wind thrusts of up to 120km/h, and enhance the thermal insulation system in countries with particularly cold and harsh climates. Our drying kilns are designed and implemented to meet the needs of all types of customers, in fact all models are available in various sizes and with both front and tunnel loading types.
Our Research and Development Department has been designing and creating particular technologies that aim to increasingly improve performance and functionalities of our systems and it has been able to achieve significant results in terms of energy recovery and process optimization. Every system is conceived and developed to fully meet specific needs of the customer and to adapt to different weather conditions. In this way, we create the perfect balance between production and environment.
